I would like to emphasize the skin form procedures.  From this point on please have a copy ready to hand the official at your events but you must also have the ORIGINAL for them to see.  Do not give them the original (that stays with you), only give them a copy, which you should have.  The officials also reiterated that the notes should be handed to the officials prior to the weigh in, not after they question something on a particular wrestler.
