A Sports Specific exercise training
program (S.S.T) specifically geared for wrestlers. the program. This
is an 11week program every Sunday @11:00am-12:00pm.
This Sunday March 17th @11am
at East Islip Fitness we are holding a free s.s.t exercise class so
you can see what it's all about. Please contact Mike Coppinger @
Coppinger01@gmail.com. Mike is an Exercise Specialist and has
owned his own personal training company for over 12 years. He is
certified through CHEK (Corrective High Performance Execise
Kinesiology), NASM, TRX, RIP Trainer, and BOSU along with many other
top national certifications. He is currently the Head Wrestling Coach
for Bay Shore High School.
