2012 CHSAA Sectional Wrestling Championships

February 11 and 12, 2012

Site: Msgr. Farrell High School, 2900 Amboy Road, Staten Island, NY 10306

Dates: Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12, 2012

Weigh ins: Saturday, February 11, 2012, 8:00 am. – 9:30 am.

Sunday, February 12, 2012, 7:30 am. – 8:30 am

The tournament will be seeded by the CHSAA seeding committee
using the criteria to be voted on at this week’s league seeding meetings

Wrestling Schedule:

Saturday, February 11 at 10 am- Round 1, quarter finals, wrestle-back rounds 1 and 2, and wrestle back quarter finals.

Sunday, February 12 at 9 am- Semi-finals, Consolation semi-finals, 5/6^th, 3/4^th, and Championship Finals.

Coaches meetings: ½ hour before and after each session of wrestling.

Awards: Individuals (1-6) Teams (1-3) A & B Classes. Outstanding Wrestler, Fastest Pin Award,

Most pins/Least Time Award, Team Sportsmanship Award, Ironman Award.

We will be wrestling on 3 Mats

Admission: $ 5.00 per Adult and Under 12 $2. (Each Session)

Hotel: Make your own arrangements, call ahead for the number of rooms & number of nights.
